Refunds & Exchanges

At ShaleStorm Tees, all products are made to order using our fulfilment partner Printful. Because of this, we do not hold stock and cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please ensure you check the size guide on each product page before placing your order.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfilment partner to investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement.


Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if it goes unclaimed, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.


Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, you will need to place a new order.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The order is confirmed as lost in transit

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.
