At ShaleStorm Tees, all products are made to order using our fulfilment partner Printful. This means every item is printed, packed, and shipped specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging before your item is dispatched. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. Any applicable taxes or duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product type and fulfilment location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.

Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are not controlled by us and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few extra days for delays before contacting us. If you believe your order is lost, get in touch within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
